Weapons Expert challenges 1-10 (Chapter 3)

Knives, tomahawks, crafted shotgun ammo, dynamite, bow stealth and the grizzly - mostly at Six Point Cabin, with the exact method.

The steps

Weapons Expert 1: knife kills at Six Point Cabin
- Where: Six Point Cabin, near Valentine
- Weapon or tool: Hunting knife
Go to Six Point Cabin near Valentine (Hanging Dog Ranch also works) and kill 3 enemies with your knife. Kills sometimes do not register, so have a few spare enemies.

Weapons Expert 2: the Emerald Ranch chickens
- Where: Emerald Ranch
- Weapon or tool: Throwing knives
Even though it says enemies, killing the chickens at Emerald Ranch works. Put your bandana on first.

Weapons Expert 3: buy all of Seamus's tomahawks
- Where: Seamus, Emerald Ranch
Go to Seamus (or any fence) and buy all the tomahawks.

Craft 3 improved tomahawks, buy 3 more
- Ammo or bait: Tomahawk + eagle feather
At camp craft 3 IMPROVED tomahawks (1 tomahawk + 1 eagle feather each) - they are more accurate. Then go back to Seamus and buy 3 more in case you miss.

Shoot a deer, drag it off the road
- Weapon or tool: Rifle
Shoot something big (a white-tail deer) to attract scavenger birds - they count as birds of prey. Move the body away from the road.

Tomahawk the ravens
- Weapon or tool: Improved tomahawk
Throw tomahawks at the ravens circling or landing on the body. 3 kills.

Weapons Expert 4: incendiary buckshot
- Ammo or bait: Shotgun shells + moonshine
You need the INCENDIARY BUCKSHOT PAMPHLET - buy it at the Saint Denis fence or get it from the burnt house in Copperhead Landing. Read it. Craft the ammo: 1 regular shotgun shell + 1 moonshine each (moonshine is sold by any fence).

Shoot 10 enemies with it
- Weapon or tool: Semi-Auto Shotgun
- Ammo or bait: Incendiary buckshot
Shoot 10 ENEMIES with a shotgun loaded with the ammo you crafted. They must be enemies (hostile) or it will not count.

Weapons Expert 5: knife riders
- Where: Road near Six Point Cabin
- Weapon or tool: Throwing knives
On the road near Six Point Cabin, ANTAGONIZE people on horseback until they draw a gun and show as a RED dot. Kill each with ONE throwing knife. Wagons do not count.

Weapons Expert 6: volatile dynamite on the campfire group
- Where: Six Point Cabin (group shown on the map at 4:18)
- Weapon or tool: Volatile dynamite
Back at Six Point Cabin there is a group of O'Driscolls by a fire. Stay on the outskirts - if someone spots you they scatter. Run in close and throw ONE volatile dynamite from the angle shown.

Weapons Expert 7: leave 5 alive and hogtie them
- Where: Six Point Cabin
- Weapon or tool: Lasso
At Six Point Cabin kill the others but leave 5 O'Driscolls ALIVE. Hogtie all 5.

Kill them with the SAME tomahawk
- Weapon or tool: Improved tomahawk (one)
Choose ONE type of tomahawk. Throw it, pick it up, throw it again. Do not switch from improved to normal or it may reset.

Weapons Expert 8: 15 kills with a long-barrel sidearm
- Where: Oil plant near Valentine (or Hanging Dog Ranch)
- Weapon or tool: Volcanic Pistol
Kill 15 enemies with a long-barrel sidearm - the video uses the Volcanic Pistol at the oil plant near Valentine (Hanging Dog Ranch keeps your honor).

Weapons Expert 9: bow stealth at Six Point Cabin
- Where: Six Point Cabin
- Weapon or tool: Bow
Stay as far from the camp as you can - some O'Driscolls are not on the map and will alert the others. Sneak to the little group.

Shoot only when their back faces you

It only counts if their BACK faces you (not sideways). After each kill run a little away.

Run down to this house - they respawn. Head back: they will be in the same positions. Repeat to 9.

Weapons Expert 10: the grizzly near Valentine
- Where: Near Valentine (map at 8:26)
- Weapon or tool: Throwing knives (poison)
The bear spawns in this area near Valentine / Cumberland. Stand somewhere he cannot reach you, or stand still and throw knives. A POISON knife saves knives.
